As a naturopath I've chosen to dedicate myself, in particular, to accompanying women in the different phases of femininity (covering fertility from the menarche to peri-menopause) and to restoring the psycho-emotional, physical and energetic balance in the different phases that characterize our lives.

As regards the discomforts linked to femininity and fertility, my ideal of integrating knowledge came true thanks to the scientific study carried out at the La Carità fertility clinic in Locarno (Switzerland) and continued thanks to the collaboration with Dr. Mariam Stepanyan, owner of the Viktoria Medical Center in Milan (Italy), who shared with me the need to work synergistically for the full well-being of our patients.

Integrated medicine, the philosophy and discipline that I've chosen to pursue, has the aim of accompanying, thanks to naturopathy and allopathic methods, each phase of femininity is treated with its own potential, problems and complexity, so that it can be addressed with serenity and as an opportunity to be explored by those who choose to live with the joy of trust and understanding.

Making use of some methods such as gemmotherapy, Bach flower therapy, foot reflexology, Mikao Usui's reiki, yoga nidra, creative visualizations, nutritional advice, energy psychology and much more, all aimed at promoting absolutely harmless and non-invasive rebalancing of the most immaterial, intimate and emotional spheres, I accompany the fertile period of every woman who wishes to become a mother and I follow and support every planned phase of the medically assisted procreation process and pregnancy: on the one hand to limit side effects of any medications, on the other to enhance their effects on the body and also to relax and prepare the couple or individual to live a unique experience of its kind; in the awareness and joy of welcoming Life so that the journey from pre-conception to birth can be perceived as an enriching adventure that is worth living, always and in any case, in its entirety.

Together with doctors who believe in integrated medicine and also with those who do not, my commitment remains to offer the most complete therapeutic proposal for every woman, at every age, who finds herself experiencing a moment of change or difficulty: that is also an opportunity for growth!
